Lavender Sea Salt Rub

A wet rub that works wonderfully on meat, poultry, and fish.

2 tablespoons Little Sky lavender sea salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
ground pepper, to taste

Add 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite herb such as rosemary, sage,
oregano, basil, thyme; if desired the grated zest of of one lemon or lime.
